Brand Ambassador Highlight Featuring Heather Zavala
How did you become a brand ambassador, and what drew you to the particular brand or products you represent?
I wanted to promote a product I loved and that my baby loves. I think it will be useful to other parents and their babies. I loved the product and it was easy to use. My baby also loves the product. I was able to use it as a medicine dispenser, food dispenser, and teether all in one!
How do you integrate the promotion of the brand into your daily life or routine?
My baby is getting his back teeth and he loves to carry the plane around and chew on it to help soothe his gums. It helps him to not be so fussy!
Can you tell us a bit about your journey as a mom and some of the challenges you've faced?
I have three boys ages four, three, and almost two! They’re only sixteen months apart so my house is always crazy. One of the most challenging things is that having them so close together you’re always busy doing something for one of them. It may be chaotic but I love my boys and they’re so fun!
What are some of your favorite moments or milestones as a mother?
The list could go on but some of my favorite moments are watching them hit milestones. Watching them walk, talk, and when my four year old started pre-k last year and my three year old will be starting pre-k in the fall. I can’t wait to see him start school.
How do you balance motherhood with other aspects of your life, such as work or personal interests?
I work full time but I am lucky that I get to work from home a few days a week. I get to see them more than if I was in the office full time. I am very grateful for that. I have been taking some Pilates classes a few times a week at night to get out of the house a bit more.
Are there any specific tips or advice you would give to other moms going through similar experiences?
I would say to soak in all the moments. The good moments as well as the tough moments. It goes by so fast and they grow up so fast. Try to soak it all in and enjoy your time with your babies.
What has been the most rewarding aspect of being a mom for you?
The rewards of being a mother can’t really be measured. Finding joy in the little and the big things in life is what makes it so fun! Seeing my kids happy makes me happy!
